Spanish
for Customer Service provides the necessary Spanish
language skills for personnel working for the federal
government, as well as for state and local governments,
in agencies such as Town Councils, Public Libraries,
Post Offices, and other agencies whose headquarters
and offices are located in metro Washington DC,
as well as in Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA. You
will learn the Spanish skills which will allow you
to communicate effectively with your Spanish-speaking
colleagues and counterparts, as well as with the
public, neighbors, and friends both in the United
States and abroad.
Although
our courses are entirely flexible and can be tailored
to your specific needs and interests, the Community
